We’ve worked for many years with several T-Mobile divisions including Regional Network Engineering & Operations, BYOC (Build Your Own Coverage), Procurement & Planning, and Network Technology to launch and manage key strategic initiatives, educate consumers about wireless technology, strengthen internal communications and unify in-field processes. We have created policy manuals, training programs and strategic plans, and developed department-specific visual identities that fit within the T-Mobile brand with key messages that help unite diverse teams with one voice. We develop communications plans and produce marketing collateral—such as case studies, articles, infographics, brochures, and presentations. We manage social media accounts and develop advertisements, signage and exhibits.
