NW Plumbing & Pipefitting Industry Health, Welfare & Vacation Trust

We worked with Northwest Plumbing & Pipefitting Industry Health, Welfare & Vacation Trust to roll out and promote a new comprehensive EAP program. We worked directly with the EAP vendor, Trustees and the Trust’s third-party administrator to create a series of launch materials that encouraged participants to learn more about and make use of this new mental health benefit. Materials included an initial announcement letter, a mailer with details about the program, and content for the website. We also created an informative packet for unions and employers to promote the benefit. The packet included an FAQ, flyer, and wallet card hand out.
