NW Plumbers & Pipefitters Health Fund

Initially the NW Plumbers & Pipefitters Health Fund (formerly Northwest Plumbing & Pipefitting Industry Health, Welfare & Vacation Trust) approached us to roll out and promote a new comprehensive EAP program. We worked directly with the EAP vendor, Trustees, and the Trust’s third-party administrator to create a series of launch materials that encouraged participants to learn more about and make use of this new mental health benefit. This collaboration led to a broader comprehensive communication plan to better educate participants about their benefits and promote participation. We are currently in the process of a new logo, website and kicking off 2024 communications, which will include mailers, email, a newsletter, and more.
