Developing communications to help improve the quality and lower the cost of healthcare in the state
As part of our initial engagement when the Alliance was newly formed, and again more recently when the Alliance expanded its focus and changed its name from the Puget Sound Health Alliance to the Washington Health Alliance, we conducted opinion research, including focus groups, online surveys and interviews with stakeholders. We developed a brand strategy and communications plan and have been involved in implementing the plan ever since. We have secured media coverage, produced collateral, reports, infographics and videos, and developed robust websites for the Alliance, including a site that is home to its “Own Your Health” consumer education campaign.
