In partnership with Push Design, we helped CarePayment re-define their brand to help them enhance sales and marketing and position them as they prepared to expand their offerings. Our research and group discovery meetings and interviews led to a revamping of the company’s vision, mission and values statements as well as messaging that captured the company’s value proposition. We created a brand strategy with a dynamic new look and feel, and developed a comprehensive marketing plan. We conducted focus groups across the country to test new language and consumer materials, and developed a website to serve multiple audiences. We created new sales materials including a new sales deck, collateral, tradeshow booth and print and online advertisements.
